Q. Do you ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?
A. No. We only ship within the continental United States. We do process order from these places for customers wanting to ship gifts to the U.S. To place an order with Canada, Alaska or Hawaii billing, contact our Customer Service Specialists at 1-888-710-8818.
Q. Can I place my order for delivery sometime in the future?
A. Yes. You can select a future ship date using our calendar in the shopping cart. This feature allows you to choose a date about a month ahead, if you wish.
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. We offer the most reliable shipping methods to ensure your fruit gift is received in the highest quality condition. Our fruit is shipped via UPS, FedEx and DHL.
- 2nd Day - Delivery in two business days
- Next Day - Delivery the next business day
- Saturday - Delivery overnight for Saturday arrival (Not always available in rural areas -- Please contact Customer Service to request)
Q. Will you ship to a P. O. Box or APO/FPO?
A. No. Unfortunately, we do not.

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the next business day.
If you place an order for a future date, you order will be held and then shipped accordingly to satisfy your delivery request. You will receive shipment confirmation via email when your order shipment takes place.
Q. Is there Saturday delivery?
A. Yes. But keep in mind that the delivery carrier may deny Saturday shipping to very rural areas. If you are not sure that your destination will be approved for Saturday delivery, contact our Customer Service Specialists and we'll assist you in obtaining that information.
Q. Can I request my order to be delivered at a specific time?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the specific time of day that your package will be delivered. That is only determined by the carrier.
Q. Why can I only choose Next Day delivery for some gifts?
A. Fresh Fruit Baskets currently offers an assortment of gifts that we consider highly perishable. Because these items require delivery within 24 to 36 hours, we only offer Overnight delivery as an option for these items.Our perishable gifts will arrive at your door insulated with protective packaging to ensure your delivery is received in superb condition.
Q. Can I ship my fruit baskets to multiple addresses?
A. Yes! Fresh Fruit Baskets has enabled the Multiple Recipient feature on our site to enhance your gift-giving experience. You can use this capability to send as many gifts as you like to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everyone or different gifts to each address. Be sure to look for Multiple Recipient information when selecting your shipping options.

Q. Can my order be shipped to a hotel or hospital?
A. Yes. Your order can be shipped to a hotel or hospital but doing this can be risky. Packages traditionally go to a general receiving area before being routed to a patient and/or guest room.
Note: Hospital deliveries require the patient's room number and ward/unit included with the delivery address. Without this information, hospitals may refuse the delivery attempt.
Q. Can I ship to a school or university?
A. Yes. Your order can be shipped to a school or university but doing this can be risky. Packages traditionally go to a general receiving area before being routed to the student. Please keep school hours in mind. Our carriers may deliver at any time up until 7:00 p.m. We cannot guarantee delivery if there is no one there to accept a package. Once a delivery attempt has been made, it is the responsibility of the recipient to make sure the package is accepted. Some packages require signature, while others may not.
Q. Why am I restricted from buying wine or other alcoholic beverages to particular states?
A. Gifts containing wine or other alcoholic beverages are subject to shipping restrictions and can only be delivered to recipients in certain designated states. When purchasing a gift with wine or other alcoholic beverages in it, check the product page to find out state shipping requirements. The states that are allowed to receive wine and other alcoholic beverage deliveries will be listed.
NOTE: You must be 21 years of age or older to order and receive a gift containing wine or alcohol. UPS and FedEx require an adult signature upon delivery of shipments containing alcohol.
Q. How can I correct a delivery address?
A. Contact us immediately by calling us toll free at 1-888-710-8818. We will be happy to correct your delivery address information if your order has not already been shipped or delivered.
Q. How can I ensure that my gift will arrive in time for a holiday?
A. Fresh Fruit Baskets strongly recommends having your gift arrive the day before a major holiday. If you gift must be delivered on a specific day, you must select overnight delivery for a guarantee.
NOTE: During Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day deliveries may take one additional business day due to high package volume of the carriers.
